Why did Arthur fight with Satio in Inception in the hotel? Other Inception stuff also?

Or was that a fake Satio that was that Fisher's protection from the
extractors faking it? Also, does Satio appear different on the 3rd
level? And can they make themselves appear different? Does one of the
members make himself look like Browning? Thanks! I'm just making sure.
