I'm looking for a specific song with the lyrics "written in the stars" which is not the song by Tinie Tempah.?

I'm pretty sure it's sung by a man and includes other lyrics including
something about "the universe" and maybe "Oh brother, oh brother." It
might be from the sixties or seventies, but I am not sure at all. Any
information would be helpful because it's stuck in my head and I know
that I like it but I can't find it.
