Can someone help me find the title of this movie?

My girlfriend was telling me about a couple of her friends, who
decided to watch every clown-themed horror movie ever made. They
watched every one they could find.

She told me that they said that the best one of the lot involved
"zombie clowns in a tornado". Does this sound familiar? I really want
to see a movie involving zombie clowns in a tornado.
